[Death--Rebirth]

This attempt at war metal funnily enough reminds me more of black-thrash that take parts of german thrash bands like Sodom. I guess in that case, literal war metal.
The high-end on the guitars is a bit much, mainly on the slower bits. Otherwise, solid.

I was mostly trying to emulate the way
Khthoniik Cerviiks do their own brand of Death/Black Metal, really great band that ive been digging a lot lately.
As for guitar tone, i was doing the intentional horrible guitar tone approach to extreme metal, sounds ok to me (meaning it sounds like trash) so i didn't realize It could be too much high end for other people.

[Sacred Rose Before Hoes]

Ngl I didn't expect to see BDM here. And starting off with a doomy section nonetheless.
Biggest issue (and may be an intentional one) are the guitars are a lil too scratchy for my liking and I'm a guy that mostly listens to shit like NME's Unholy Death. Sounds too much like the typical Metal Zone distortion pedal sound I'm not too fond of. Drum production is fuckin' aces.
